I leaned back on the sofa, closed my eyes, and took deep breaths in time with the waves. Slowly, I felt my tense shoulders relax, and the restlessness in my heart faded away, as if washed away by the sea.
What surprised me even more was that my baby, who had been “kicking” around in my belly just moments before, gradually settled down too, moving gently every now and then, as if “soaking up the sun” with me.
